Marion Jean Falcone

November 6, 1929 — July 9, 2021

The world has lost a ray of sunshine. Marion (Weinmann) Falcone passed away July 9, 2021. She was born on November 6, 1929 to Margaret and Carl Weinmann in Ann Arbor, MI. Even though she was born one week after the stock market crash of 1929 and grew up without much, her stories told of a magical childhood. She married Nicholas Falcone in 1951, and they had a wonderful life together along with their children Dan and Carol. Nick and Marion enjoyed golf, travel and being with family and friends. Marion worked for many years at Jacobson’s in the audit department. She truly lived life to the fullest. Marion loved to be around people and her sparkly personality made people want to be around her. In her years after Nick passed, she enjoyed playing cards, going to water aerobic classes at St. James Club and going out with the girls for a bite. She kept herself busy! Most of all she was fun and had fun! She lived a long and beautiful life. She is survived by her son Dan (Debbie) Falcone, daughter Carol Chiantis, grandchildren Lisa Falcone, Mark (Elissa) Falcone, Max Chiantis, Ella (Zach) Clifford and great grandchildren Addison and Ben Falcone and Mila Jean Clifford along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Nick, her parents, brother Richard Weinmann and sister June Wilmoth. There will be a celebration of her life at Walker Funeral Home on Sylvania Avenue on Wednesday July, 21 at 1:00. We all miss our Go-Go but we are thankful for the time we had with her. When asked about the secret to a long life, her answer was “eat chocolate”. Donations may be sent to Children’s Tumor Foundation Mail Code: 6895 P.O. Box 7247 Philadelphia, PA 19170-0001
