Marilyn L. Reif

Marilyn L. Reif, 76, of Graytown, OH died Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 10, 1933 in Trowbridge, OH to Amiel and Helen Dahms Guth. On June 11, 1954 in St. Peter Lutheran Church, Martin, OH she married Roger E. Reif, and he survives. Marilyn worked as a homemaker and also worked in the payroll department at Owens Illinois for a few years prior to having children. She was member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Martin and enjoyed flowers, cooking, baking, quilting and sewing, making many of her own clothes. In addition to her loving husband of over 54 years, Roger, she is survived by her sons: Bradley Carrie Reif and Randall Kimberly Reif both of Graytown; sister: Carol Richard Foss of Martin; brother: Gerald Joyce Guth of Old Fort; and 8 grandchildren: Katie Corey Zachel, Jeffrey Reif, Jr., Libby Jamie Arthur, Justin Alisha Reif, Brandon Reif, Keaston, Erik, and Alex Reif; 2 great grandchildren: Miller and Sam Zachel. She was preceded in death by her parents and son: Jeffrey Reif, Sr. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 23, 2009 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Martin. Visitation will be Friday, May 22, 2009 from 2-8 p.m., with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor. Interment will be in Elliston Cemetery, Elliston. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Peter Lutheran Church, Martin or Odyssey Hospice.
