Marilyn Lou Ingalsbe

May 1, 1930 — February 21, 2026

Marilyn L. Ingalsbe, 95, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026. She was born on May 1, 1930, to Harold Liggett and Ruth Schueren, and was also loved and raised by her stepmother, Virginia Liggett.

On October 15, 1948, Marilyn married her high school sweetheart, Richard D. Ingalsbe. Together they shared 77 years of marriage, raising a family that was the center of Marilyn's world. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly.

Whether she was on the golf course or in the stands, Marilyn stayed active. She was a loyal fan of the Steelers, Tigers, Mud Hens, and Ohio State, and followed NASCAR with just as much enthusiasm. Her happiest days, however, were spent outdoors camping with Richard and their children, or navigating the aisles on shopping trips with her close friends, Kay and Margie.

She is survived by her husband, Richard; her children, Kent (Karen) Ingalsbe and Sheri (Rick) Morrin; her brother, Mike; her daughter-in-law, Pat; grandchildren, Shawn, Tracy (Dennis), Jodi (Rob), Kristi, Jill (Jake), and Stacy (Ashley); 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Steve, and her brother, Jack.

The family extends their sincere thanks to the staff at Care360 Hospice and Foundation Park for the compassionate care they provided.

Marilyn was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who lived a full, active life. She will be missed, loved, and remembered forever.
