Marilyn L. Bruns

Marilyn L. Bruns, 86, of Perrysburg, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024 at her residence. She was born May 21, 1938 in Bloomdale, Ohio. She married Dale P. Bruns in Pemberville, Ohio on November 15, 1958 and he passed on November 5, 2001. Along with her husband Dale, she was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Cheryl Lynn Macek, sister, Lois Marie Grosjean and infant sister, Jeannie Louise Myers.

She enjoyed crocheting, camping, NASCAR racing and Ohio State football; but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Marilyn is survived by her son, Alan D. Bruns; daughter, Renee S. Bruns; son-in-law, Jeff Macek and brother, Fred G. Myers; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 2- 7 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) where funeral services will be held Friday, August 23, 2024 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Fort Meigs Union Cemetery.
