Marie C. Winter

Marie C. (Schumacher) Winter, 93, of Perrysburg, OH died Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born in Genoa, OH on December 31, 1920 to John G. and Mary M. (Pfister) Schumacher and was married on November 15, 1941 in Perrysburg to Paul Winter who preceded her in death on July 10, 1999. Marie was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Master in Perrysburg. She is survived by her daughters, Lynn M. (Robert) Schmidt of Waterville, OH and Paula L. (Marvin) Wagoner of Fort Wayne, IN; son, Mark P. (Deborah) Winter of Perrysburg, OH; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Earl S. and Clarence Schumacher and sisters, June Carmalt and Helen Avery. Friends will be received from 2-8 P.M. on Thursday, May 29th at Witzler Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg, OH (419-874-3133) where funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, May 30, 2014 with Pastor Chuck Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Meigs Cemetery.
