Mariah Leslie Hudnall

Mariah Leslie Hudnall, 25, of Toledo, died May 7, 2014 at her home. A native of Toledo, she was born March 22, 1989. Mariah attended St. Marys School, Bedford High School, graduated from Start High School and went on to attend the University of Toledo. Highly intelligent, she enjoyed writing and reading, especially mysteries and horror stories. Mariah also loved music of all types. She was deeply sensitive a truly compassionate, caring, and loving young woman. Mariah will be affectionately remembered for her vivacious, captivating personality and her never-ending smile. Left to cherish her memory are her father, Kenneth Hudnall; mother, Denise Davenport; step-mother, Ruby; sister, Sierra Hudnall; maternal grandparents, Paul Rhea Davenport and Joan Hannah; great-grandmother, Dollie Taylor; special aunt, Melody Nick Huntley; and special cousins, Melissa, Jarryd and Julian Huntley. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Nellie Mae Hudnall. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd.. Funeral services to celebrate Mariahs life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Sylvania First United Methodist Church, 7000 Erie Street, where additional visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
