Marguerite R. Greet Rutherford

Marguerite Ruth Rutherford, age 88, of Maumee, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Erie, Michigan on May 27, 1929 to Paul and Mildred (Hiser) Miller. Marguerite was an active member with P.O.W. and enjoyed gardening, flowers, birds and children. Marguerite is survived by her children, Thomas (Cynthia) and Sharon; grandchildren, Suzanne (Mike) Hakeos, Paul (Amanda) Johnston, Daezi Whitehurst, Liz Rutherford and Kyle Rutherford; great grandchildren, Shelby Lashaway, Stewart (Leilani) Graf, Thomas Whitehurst, Slade Johnston and Emily Taylor; great great grandchildren, London and Ford Graf; and many caring nieces, nephews and foster grandchildren. She is also survived by lifetime friend, Charlotte Marsh. Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; parents; and siblings, Pauline Webster, Evelyn Etue, Barbara Kamn and Paul Miller. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio with the funeral services to follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home.
