Margaret Shuttlesworth

MARGARET D. SHUTTLESWORTH Margaret D. Shuttlesworth, 68, passed away November 22, 2018 at the Manor of Perrysburg. Margaret was born July 29, 1950 in Miami, Florida to Jerry and Mildred Wright. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University. Margaret loved being a grandmother and babysitting her grandchildren at a moment’s notice. She was a Department Secretary at the Pennsylvania Department Auxiliary to Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War as well as a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed catching up with friends and family, tea shops, bingo, puzzles, Keltic music, botanical gardens, monarch butterflies, Civil War history and reenactments, watching horror-scifi movies, genealogy, and spending time with her friends at Abundant Life. She is survived by her sons, Derek (Lori) Shuttlesworth, Douglas Shuttlesworth; step-daughter, Dominique Shuttlesworth; grandchildren, Landyn, Emily, and brother, Jerry Wright, III. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services for Margaret will be private.
