Margaret Kilmer

Margaret L. Kilmer, 83, of Port Clinton died Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton. She was born on May 24, 1925 in Oak Harbor to Lowell and Eloise Schling Robinson. On June 24, 1946 in Bryan, OH she married Lorenz Sonny Kilmer, Jr., and he preceded her in death on June 11, 1993. Margaret worked in the office at Brush Wellman in Elmore for 20 years, retiring June 1, 1986. She retired and lived on Put-In-Bay. Margaret enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and boating. Survivors include: son: Richard Deken Kilmer of Port Clinton; daughters: Judith Dennis Lamp of Port Clinton and Libby Michael Voll of Bay Village, OH; 6 grandchildren; and 1 great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother: William Robinson, and grandson: Michael Voll. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 29, 2008 at Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Foundation. Arrangements are being handled by the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor.
