Margaret A. Erton

Margaret M. Erton, 79, of Port Clinton, OH died Sunday, June 21, 2009 at Memorial Hospital, Fremont, OH. She was born on October 2, 1929 in Hart, Michigan to Earl and Margaret Flynn Dean. On March 5, 1947 in Mississippi, she married Ralph R. Erton, and he preceded her in death on March 17, 2001. Margaret worked as a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing and cooking. Margaret is survived by her daughters: Betty Louie Paulson of Oak Harbor, OH, Linda Walter Mahler of Marblehead, OH, Kathryn Behm of Sandusky, OH, and Janice Jack Arnold of Tulsa, OK; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and sister: Mae Walt Grieger of Oak Harbor, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and granddaughter: Beth Ann Grosjean. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 24, 2009 from 4 to 8PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton.
