Our beloved Marcia Jean, better known as daughter, mom, sister, grandma or GG, has been called to rest with the Lord after her long fight against cancer.
She is survived by her mother Mary Wehde; 4 children: Jason (Lindsey) Forche, Jeremie (Andrea) Forche, Janelle Forche and Justin (Kala) Forche; 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson; her 2 brothers: Jeff Lewis and David (Jackie) Lewis; 3 sisters: Nancy Swigart (Allan Wells), Beverly Palmer, and Amy Wehde.
Marcia was a strong, determined woman whose strength and stubborn demeanor proved true in her 3 1/2 year fight after being told she only had months to go. Her love for her family and friends was one of the strongest loves you could experience, to know her was a blessing.
She loved to spend time with friends and family passing time doing puzzles, playing cards or her all-time favorite going to the casino.
She loved the little joys in life, she enjoyed traveling and making lifelong friends around the world. Her favorite candy was chocolate covered raisins and recently she couldn't get enough skittles and popsicles. Her favorite meal would be king crab legs or her daughter's tuna casserole.
Marcia will be missed deeply by all that have known and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father Dale Lewis, stepfather Louis Wehde, her two sisters Pam Gabel and Karen Zunk, her life long friend Richard Buckley and son in-law James Wagner.
Services will be held at Sujkowski-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory at 830 Lime City Road, Rossford, Ohio on Saturday, November 1, 2025 with visitation starting at 9:00 AM and funeral service at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Marcia's name to the Humane Society of Lucas County, continuing her legacy of love for all animals. https://toledohumane.org/
