Marcene Hall

Marcene E. Hall, age 84, passed away Monday March 11, 2013 at Swan Pointe Care Center where she resided. The daughter of Tracy and Grace Chambers, she was born Jan. 22, 1929 in Portage, OH. Marcene was a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Bob Wurst Fan Club, and the Dave & Lois Fan Club. She enjoyed country western dancing, bowling, crafts, baking and traveling. Her true joy was her children and grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her children, George Hall III, Diana Hall, Brian Hall, Melinda Tim Elliott, Michelle Hall, Tim Marsha Hall; grandchildren, Greg, Mark Kim, Troy, TraciMike, Derek, Ben, Adam, Ashley, Sydney, Joshua, Natalie, Kyle and 8 great grandchildren; brother, Melvin Sally Chambers, and sister, Carol Thurman. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, George A. Hall Jr. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, March 19thfrom 2-9 PM at the Walker Funeral Home at 5155 Sylvania Ave west of Corey Rd and a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday. Interment will follow at Ft Meigs Cemetery in Perrysburg, OH.
