Marcella Ann Wymer

Marcella Ann Wymer, age 95, of Toledo, OH died Monday, September 12, 2011 at her home. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 4, 1916 to Paul and Henrietta (Brendal) Schmidt and on September 21, 1933 in Portsmouth, Ohio, she married Raymond Louis Wymer who preceded her in death on October 9, 1975. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Marcella thoroughly enjoyed spending time with all her family, especially those times babysitting her grandchildren. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her sons, Raymond H. (Mary Ann) Wymer and Paul W. (Kay Ann) Wymer; daughter, Mary Elizabeth (Dr. Randy) Horine; 15 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren. Marcella was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Wymer; brother, Herman Schmidt as well as her sisters, Mildred Wymer and DeSales Wallace. Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 4-8 P.M. in Neville Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway in Holland (419-865-8879). Funeral services will begin at the funeral home at 9:15 A.M. on Friday, September 16, 2011 and proceed to Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 2255 Central Grove in Toledo, for a Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 A.M. with Rev. James E. Brown, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Grand Rapids, Ohio.
