Malcha Kim

Malcha Kim, age 72, of Toledo, died August 27, 2017 at her home. She was born May 31, 1945 in Manchuria, China. Malcha owned and operated a gift store and was a homemaker. Faith was very important to her and Malcha was a member of Westgate Chapel. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking. Malcha found her greatest joy in spending time with grandchildren and will be remembered for her selfless nature, always placing the needs of others before her own. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Susan Sparks (John), Steven Chappell (Honey) and Sonya Chappell; grandchildren, Jordan, Steven, Tysen, Lauren and Brodi; and five siblings. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Toledo Memorial Park, 6382 Monroe Street, Sylvania. walkerfuneralhomes.com
