Madelynne L. Cremean, 91, of Waterville, Ohio and formerly of Genoa, Ohio died Sunday, October 28, 2012 in Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green, Ohio. Madelynne was born in Lima, Ohio on December 2, 1920 to Stanley and Mayme Sanner Zelno. She married Dale F. Cremean in Decatur, IN on July 3, 1940 and he preceded her in death on April 12, 2009. Madelynne had worked for the Sinclair Manufacturing Co. for 16 years, retiring in 1979. Madelynne was a very creative person who loved to paint in watercolors and oils especially still-life subjects. She also enjoyed creating dolls from dried apples, crocheting, and reading. She and her husband shared a love for creating life-like doll houses. He made the house of wood and Madelynne created the interior furnishing from light fixtures, to window treatments to floor coverings. Madelynne is survived by her children, sons, Jeffrey A. Iris Cremean of Walbridge, OH, and Dennis P. Ida Cremean, Toledo, OH, daughter, Judith A. Ronald Leck, Bowling Green, OH, 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Dale Michael Cremean, and brother, Carl Binkley. A funeral service for Madelynne will be conducted at 11 AM, Wednesday, October 31, 2012 in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 501 West St. Genoa, OH 43430. Interment will follow in the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Perrysburg, OH. Visitation will be from 9 AM until the service at 11 AM, in the funeral home. The family suggests that memorial contributions, in Madelynnes memory, be directed to your local food pantry.
