Madeline G. King, 75, of Curtice, Ohio, died Monday evening, October 28, 2013, in Heartland of Waterville, Waterville, Ohio. Madeline was born August 30, 1938, in Toledo, Ohio, to Harvey and Evelyn Hollister Green, Sr. On October 11, 1957, in Williston, Ohio, she married Eugene J. King and he survives. Madeline was a homemaker and had worked at the former Lamsons in downtown Toledo. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Williston and had volunteered for PBS Channel 30. In addition to her husband, Eugene, Madeline is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. King of Milan, OH, grandchildren, Michael King and Melissa Jason White, great grandchild, Sarah White, brother, Harvey Green, Jr., sisters, Pat Ron Groll and Stephanie Wilson, all of Toledo, and brother, Clifford Pam Green of Iron, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Thomas King, and brother, John Green. Visitation for Madeline will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, October 31, 2013, at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, November 1, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Allen Township Cemetery, Williston. Memorials for Madeline may be directed to the Alzheimers Association, 2500 N. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615; or the Luther Home of Mercy, 5810 N. Main St., P.O. Box 187, Williston, OH 43468.
