Lucille West

March 15, 1925 — July 8, 2016

Lucille West, 91, passed away at her sons home in Port Saint Lucie, FL on Friday July 8, 2016. She was born in Wellington, Ohio, on March 15, 1925, to Frank and Gracile (Seeley) Jones. Lucille married Arthur Bud West on October 29, 1943, in Monroe, MI. Love, family, gardening, reading, homemaker, sewing, cooking and Jesus were a few of the things that sum up her interests. Lucille was a faithful member of Lemoyne Baptist Church in Genoa. Bud preceded her in death on May 27, 2003, along with her daughter, Karen L. West-Belsheim, a brother and four sisters. She is survived by two sons, Arthur Bill, Port Saint Lucie, FL, and Jerry, Camden, SC, sisters, Ruth Mudyrk of Toledo, OH, and Barbara Jergens of White Piegon MI, 8 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. A funeral service for Lucille will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 23, 2016, at Lemoyne Baptist Church, 25020 Bradner Rd., Genoa, OH 43430, with Pastor Ron Shinkle officiating. Visitation will be held in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 501 West St., Genoa, from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2016 Interment will be in the Restlawn Cemetery, Perrysburg, OH. The family suggests memorials to Lemoyne Baptist Church.
