Lucille A. Lewallen

Lucille Alberta (Showman) Lewallen peacefully passed from this life on Friday, March 26, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at home. Born September 20, 1932, Lucille lived a full and happy life filled with loving family and cherished friends. She was married to Clayborn Lewallen for 41 years and he preceded her in death in 1990. Lucille and Clayborn had 4 children, all whom survive them. Doug (Sandy), Dennis (Leslie), Dinah (Howie) Mullet and Dock (Regina). Surviving are many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also surviving is Lucille’s longtime companion Harry Jakobiak. Lucille retired from General Mills after 30 years and was a member of the Retiree’s Club. She was also a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 2898. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lucille’s memory to the Ladies Auxiliary VFW or ProMedica Hospice. Friends will be received on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from 10:00 am until the time of the VFW Auxiliary service at 12:45, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm in Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623. Burial will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. The funeral service will be Livestreamed via Lucille's obituary page on her tribute wall.
