Louise Guilliam

Louise Wood Guilliam of Temperance, Michigan, Born June 26, 1929 in Perrysburg, Ohio to Fred and Lois Wood Died February 13, 2012 at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, Ohio. Louise married John T. Guilliam, Sr. on May 13, 1950. Louise was a housewife who enjoyed gardening, crocheting, ceramics and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her three children: John (Kacy) Guilliam of Carmel, Indiana, Lois (Mike) Haidet of Whitehouse, Ohio, and Gary Guilliam of Petersburg, Michigan, Eight grandchildren, Jason (Kara) Guilliam, Julie Guilliam, Jessica (Josh) Hampton, JT Guilliam, Patrick Guilliam, Jay (Megan) Guilliam, Kevin Guilliam and Eric Haidet. Two step grand-daughters: Danielle (Adam) McPherson of Coronado, California, and Melissa Haidet of Raleigh, North Carolina. Eleven great-grandchildren: Aliyah, Jaylah and Halle Guilliam; Michael Lewis, Madison, Natalye, and Krue Hampton; Jay, Emily and Isabelle Guilliam; and Rylan Guilliam and two step grandsons Layne Haidet and Jacob Haidet. Brother: Howard (Laura) Wood of Wiki Watchi, Florida and Sister-in-Law Georgia Wood of Ottawa Lake, Michigan. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, sister Margaret Wood Thomsen, Brother, Chester Wood and Elmer Wood. The Family would like to thank the nurses, aides and staff of Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Thanks goes out to the staff of Monroe County Office of Aging 1-B and the staff of Caring Services in Monroe, Michigan. Lastly to Julie Guilliam for the excellent care she gave her grandmother. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, February, 16, 2012 from 3-8 P.M. at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E.S. Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133) where funeral services will be held on February 17, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. Douglas K. Olsen will be officiating the services. Burial will follow at Fort Meigs Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
