Louis "Louie" Bunker, age 67, of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away on April 11, 2026. He was born on July 23, 1958, in Toledo, Ohio, to Iggy Bunker and Donna (Jackson).
Louie was a two-time cancer survivor whose strength and resilience inspired those around him. Throughout his life, he worked in various areas of carpentry, taking pride in building and creating with his hands. In his free time, he found joy in painting peaceful nature scenes, a passion he developed while learning from Bob Ross DVDs. Known for his generosity, Louie often gave his artwork away to family and friends.
He loved spending time fishing from his boat on the lake, watching his favorite show Wicked Tuna, and firing up the grill for a good BBQ.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth (Pastor) Bunker; his children, Louis Ervin Bunker, Rachel Bunker, Jeremiah Mincer, and Melissa Mincer; and his cherished grandchildren, Ana Mincer, Ava Carr, Jayden Mincer, Jayce Mincer, Jaylah Mincer, Raven, and Christopher.
He was preceded in death by his parents; eleven siblings; and his sister-in-law, Susan Pastor.
A celebration of life will be held at a later time. Memorial donations in Louie's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
