Lois Lou Robasser

Lois J. Lou Robasser age 79 of Holland, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2016. Lois was born in Weston, OH on March 28, 1937 to Thomas and Myrtle (Wheeler) Purtee. Lois was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a very social person, she enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends. She was always there if you needed her. After the passing of her only daughter she continued raising and loving her grandson, Eddie. She was also a member of the Maumee Eagles, the American Legion, in Holland and the VFW in Maumee. One of her longtime hobbies was gathering with other club members to hunt morel mushrooms in Michigan. Surviving are her sons, Raymond (Barbara), Robert (Wendy) and John (Ann) Robasser; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Kathy Cannon, Joyce Adams and Emma Womack. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald; daughter, Cheryl; son, Larry; sisters, Betty Colvin, Bonnie Sutton, Esther Rosenbrook and Delores Crawford. The family would like to thank the Doctors, nurses and staff at Spring Meadows Care Center for the exceptional care mom received. Services for Lois were Private.
