Lois Irene Kincer

Lois Irene Kincer, age 87, of Maumee, Ohio, died at her home, surrounded by her family on Monday, May 16, 2016. She was born in Cromona, Kentucky on July 11, 1928, to Archie and Stacy (Raleigh) Knox. Lois married Charles Ross Kincer on June 4, 1953 and celebrated almost 63 years together. Lois was a beautician for over 40 years. She liked to sew, quilt, do puzzles with the kids, and watch westerns or reality TV . Her greatest passions were reading, sometimes two books a day, and her family. Lois loved to spend time with her children and especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Charles Ross sons, Chuck and Robert (Shannon); grandchildren, Jaime (Scott), Heather (Mark), Michael (Josephine), Cassandra (Troy) and Ryan (Danielle); great grandchildren, Alec, Harley, Dylan, Summer, Ryleigh, James, Ever and Luna. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her son, Greg and two great grandchildren. Friends and family will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
