Lois Faye Debien

Lois Faye Debien, age 57, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly at her home. The daughter of Eddie and Emma Phillips McSurley, she was born on October 4, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky. She was employed as a registered nurse at St. Lukes and the Toledo Hospital before she had to retire due to a medical disability. Lois loved her family. She enjoyed sewing, all types of music and was an avid reader. Lois was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed dearly. She is survived by her mother, Emma McSurley; children, Amy Eric Drake Lane, Jennifer Dan Grigsby, Jerry Bub Debien and Robin Marquis McCormick; grandchildren, Madison, Mathew, Marin, Zachary, Jadan, Raeyah, Gabrielle, and Chai; sister, Linda Diamondi; brother, Tim Billie McSurley; niece, Kelli; and nephews, Nino, Eddie and Rico. She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie Douglas McSurley. Friends and family may visit on Sunday from 1 to 8 pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 am. Interment will be at Toledo Memorial Park.
