Logan Lee Gossard, age 23, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on April 4, 2026.
Born on October 5, 2002, in Toledo, Logan lived a life full of energy, passion, and adventure. From a young age, he displayed incredible athleticism and agility, always seeking out the next thrill. He loved skateboarding, snowboarding, riding his bike with his friends, and golfing-anything that kept him moving and challenged his adventurous spirit.
Logan found peace and meaning in the outdoors, which he often described as his spiritual place. He cherished time spent camping, fishing, and hunting "Up North," where he felt most at home surrounded by nature. Whether under the stars or by the water, those moments brought him joy and a sense of calm.
He had a curious and playful side as well, reflected in his large collection of marbles and his love of assembling Legos. Logan was also a movie enthusiast, proudly building a collection of over 200 DVDs. Trips to Cedar Point were among his favorite pastimes, where his love for excitement and adrenaline truly came alive. He would never pass up a visit to Highlights for a meal of their famous chicken accompanied by a glass bottle of chocolate milk.
Known for his strong work ethic, Logan was a dedicated and dependable worker who took pride in everything he did. He approached life with determination and resilience.
Above all, Logan's greatest love was his daughter, Violet. She was the center of his world, and he cherished every moment spent with her. His love for her was deep, unwavering, and evident to all who knew him. His legacy will live on through her.
Logan is survived by his mother, Jennifer Gossard (Joshua Nye); father, Brian Gossard (Deann Gossard); and daughter, Violet Turner; and numerous family and friends.
Family and friends may visit Friday, April 17, 2026, from 2-7:30 pm at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave. The Memorial Service will follow at 7:30 pm.
Donations may be made in Logan's memory to Life Connection of Ohio and Good Grief.
