Lisa Meckfessel, 48, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Monday, April 23, 2018, following a lengthy illness at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor, OH, surrounded by her loving family. Lisa was born on November 14, 1969 in Port Clinton, the daughter of Geraldine (Slater) Dages and Timothy J. Cutcher Sr. She worked as an administrative assistant for Otterbein Northshore, Lakeside-Marblehead, OH for 14 years. In 2011 she married Frederick Meckfessel and he survives. Everyone that met Lisa loved her. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Those left to cherish her memory are: Daughters: Danielle (Tim) Rapp, Jessica Koch, Kaytlin Koch, Courtney Koch; Son: Dylan Koch; Grandbabies: Ja’Ron, Micah, Elyeiona, Carson, Olivia, Carley, Azaria and Antonio; Mother: Gerri Dages; Father Tim (LuAnn) Cutcher; Father of her children: Butch Koch; Brothers: Timothy (Kristin) Cutcher II, Phelan (Shantilla) Young and Tony Blasetzky; Sisters: Melissa Cutcher, Gina (Ryan) Portales, Deanna (Jimmy) Walters and Desiree (Kris) Halstead; Maternal Grandmother: Imogene (Simpkins) Cronk and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins galore who loved her dearly. Lisa was preceded in death by her step-father: George Dages and special cousin: Blossom Bullard. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the University Hospital, P.O. Box 94554, Cleveland, OH 44101-4554. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory has assisted the family with arrangements. The family would like to thank the Riverview Family & Cottage Cove, her home away from home, for all the care, kindness and love given to Lisa and not giving up on her. Also thank you Dr. Sloan and the Lerner Tower 4th Floor University Hospital for all your time and dedication.
