Lisa Cole

Lisa Cole, 37, of Perrysburg, Ohio, ended her fight Friday, December 19, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born November 25, 1977 in Toledo to Jim and Karen (Schliesser) Watt. Lisa attended Whitmer High School and graduated in 1996. After graduating, she spent four years marching with the Glassmen Drum Corps playing soprano and lead mellophone. Lisa then continued her education at the University of Toledo where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 2001. She married the love of her life, Greg Cole, May 19, 2001 in Toledo. Lisa worked as a teacher for the Springfield School District. Lisa loved being a mother, wife, and teacher. She enjoyed scrapbooking, music, and spending time with family. Lisa is survived by her loving family; husband, Greg; children, Noah and Ellie; parents, Jim and Karen Watt; brother, Jay (Jamie) Watt; grandparents, Don Watt and Gloria Cole; two nieces; one nephew; one niece or nephew on the way; parents-in-law, Gary and Jenny Cole; brother-in-law, Tim (Adrianne) Cole; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by; grandparents, Bill and Erma Schliesser, Dorothy Watt, Albert and Ida May Corner, and Gordon Cole. Friends will be received on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 12 noon to 6:00 P.M. at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133), where a memorial service will be held at 6:30 P.M.
