Linda L Yanke

Linda Lou Yanke, age 79 of Maumee passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio Inpatient Unit, Perrysburg. She was born October 20, 1942 in Toledo to Paul and Hazel (Taylor) Rochte. She was a beautician with the Willow Tree Salon for many years and did the same with The Glanzman and Elizabeth Scott Care Centers. Linda was active in caring for others and her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and friends. She enjoyed bowling and had a special love of dogs.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Hazel, sister Jean Rochte and stepdaughter Tammy Hall. Surviving is her husband, Dan Yanke; daughters, Kim Storey and Andrea (John) McGann; stepdaughters, Pam (Brian) Schwartz and Debbie Neil; grandchildren Kahla (Jerrod Thomas) Storey, Colin (Olivia Harrison), Aidan and Finn McGann, Eric (Taylor), Justin (Kirsten) and Brandon Schwartz and Matthew Neil; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 4-8 pm. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 2 pm in First Presbyterian Church of Maumee 200 E. Broadway Maumee, Ohio 43537. Interment will be private.
