Linda Rae Linn

Linda Rae Linn, age 68, of Waterville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Arbors at Waterville where she resided for 21 years. She was born on May 31, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to Allan and Lucille Morrison Linn. When Linda was born she was diagnosed as being hydrocephalic and was expected to live only 3 years. She was a 1961 graduate of Anthony Wayne High School and a member the Marching Band. She was employed at the Miami Childrens Home for 27 years retiring in 1990. Linda was also a member of Waterville United Methodist Church and sang in the sanctuary choir. Linda is survived by her mother, Ardis Linn Cullen who raised Linda from birth; brothers, David Cressy, Jeff Cressy; sisters, Barbara Jim Page and Karen Fred Huston. Also surviving is her aunt, Jeanne Parker and uncle, James Linn and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Berenice Linn and step-father, Thomas J. Cullen. A Celebration of Life for Linda will be announced at a later date.
