Linda K. Keblesh

September 14, 1945 — April 8, 2010

Linda K. Keblesh went to be with her Lord on Thursday, April 8, 2010. She was born September 14, 1945 to Gerald Lee and May Fern Lind Armstrong. She attended Cuyahoga Falls Ohio High School before earning a degree in Cosmetology. Two encounters changed Lindas life forever. In September, 1964 she met Joseph Keblesh, Jr. They were engaged May, 1965 and married November 27, 1965 in Warner Robbins, Ga. where Joe was stationed in the U.S. Air Force. Linda and Joe were soul mates from the beginning. She was his Little One. Together they had four wonderful sons: Joseph A Cynthia; Gerald S Janine; Jason R Andrea; and Jonathan M Jamie. Linda and Joe have 9 grandchildren: Jacquelin, Joe, Jenna Rae, Justine, Carter, Nolan, Brylee, Cameran, and Shayla, and one great grandson, Vincent. Linda is also survived by her brother Jared Sandy Armstrong and Kim Bill Sorboro. Lindas second, and greatest life changing encounter came in December 1971 when she knelt next to her husband at the Altar rail of St Lukes Episcopal Church, Bath, Ohio and together they accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and was filled with the Holy Spirit, being born again. This brought Linda and Joe even closer together and set them on a whole new path. Together they were deeply involved in lay ministry in their parish, but in 1982 the Lord called Joe to the Priesthood. Linda immediately left everything behind, packed up the family and together moved to Alexandria, Va. for Joe to attend Virginia Theological Seminary. Linda is the strongest, most wonderful, giving woman God ever made. She loved her family with great passion and her Lord with deep devotion, serving them all selflessly. When Joe graduated in 1985 they moved again to their first parish. Two years later to their next, and in August 1992 to St Matthews Episcopal Church, Toledo, Ohio where Linda served as Assistant to the Rector for Pastoral Ministries Joe being the Rector. Linda served for over 10 years as Youth Leader, having tremendous effect on so many young lives. She also led two Womens Groups as well as a married couples group, helping her people, whom she loves so much, come to a deeper knowledge and love of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Linda also counseled women in their lives and faith walk and helped her husband with pre-marital counseling. She constantly made her home open and available to all the parish for group meetings, parties at Christmas and other occasions, and simple fun
