Linda Sue Huffman

Linda “Sue” Huffman, 52, of Toledo, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. She was surrounded by her loving family and passed away peacefully in her home. She was born in Colusa, California to Albert and Linda (Tucker) Christian. Sue married James William Huffman on June 4, 1992. She worked at St. Vincent Hospital as a Registered Nurse for over 19 years, and UTMC for a short time. Sue loved spending time with her family around a bonfire, fishing, gardening, attending Christian music festivals, and visiting the Outer Banks in North Carolina. At the time of her death, Sue and her family were attending Northpoint Church in West Toledo. Sue is survived by her husband, Jim; children, Michael, Brittany, Ashley, Deanna, and Natalie; six grandchildren; mother, Linda Cloutier; father, Albert Christian; siblings, Teresa (Del) Childress, Edie (Jeff) Reynolds; three brothers-in-law; two sisters-in-law; and her dogs and cats. Sue also leaves behind numerous friends, including her sisters in Christ, Nancy Holt and Kim Sauder. She was preceded in death by her sister, Billie Jo Christian. Friends will be received on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133), with a Memorial Service beginning at 7:00 P.M, with the Rev. Dr. Tracy Huffman officiating.
