Linda A. Geiger

Linda A. Geiger, 90, of Maumee, passed away Monday, December 22, 2008 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 31, 1918 in Toledo to Theodore and Amelia Fangman Richardson. A dedicated and loving homemaker, Linda was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Maumee. The widow of John Geiger, Linda is survived by her loving family; son, Robert Sharon Geiger; daughter, Carol Robert Brokaw; grandchildren, Jim Steve Geiger, Linda Jim Florian, Danny Chris Geiger, Julie Geiger, Elena Dean Harding, Sam Stacey Geiger, Fr. Michael Geiger, Mark Rachel Geiger, Jeff Geiger and Melanie Mike Patton; 19 great grandchildren; brother, Norman May Richardson; sister, Hazel Eberle and special friends, May Richardson and Louise Ruhland. In addition to her parents and husband, Linda was preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law, James and Violet Geiger; sister, Myrtle Snyder and brother, Edwin Richardson. Family and friends may visit Friday from 2-8 p.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 501 Conant Street, Maumee where a Scripture Service will be held at 7:30 p.m.. Funeral services will begin Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, Maumee. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Maumee.
