Linda G. Delrue

Linda Gale Delrue age 70 of Perrysburg, OH passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Linda was born in Maumee, OH on March 12, 1947 to Marvin L. and Doris (Gibson) Contat. She was employed at Elizabeth Scott Care Center as a nurses aide and was a longtime employee at Shawns Back Door. Linda will be remembered for her selfless acts throughout her life, her generosity and love for others. She enjoyed golfing, bingo, playing cards and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by many who were blessed to have her in their life. Surviving are her children, Todd (Jessica) Delrue, Robert (Lindsay) Delrue and Lori Kelso; grandchildren, Taylor, Sienna, Jordan, Justin, Breeana, Katelin and Derek. Also surviving are her siblings whom she was very close to; Penny (Randall) Olds, Gary (Eileen) Contat, Gale Contat, Bobbi (Mike) Jurek, Becky (Mark) Chitwood, Debra Contat, Jeff Contat, Greg (Janine) Contat and sister in-law, Carol Shue-Contat. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-law, Ryan Kelso and sister, Kathy (Roland) Shue. Family and friends will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM. Services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Maumee United Methodist Church, 405 Sackett St., Maumee, OH. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Maumee.
