Lillian E Niner

Lillian Ellen Niner, 93, of Maumee, OH passed away Saturday, May 9, 2009 in the Ebeid ProMedica Hospice. She was born December 19, 1915 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Charles and Mary Wise Bowser. A dedicated and loving homemaker, Lillian was a member of the Eastern Star Triune Chapter # 344. The widow of William I. Niner who passed away March 4, 2005, Lillian is survived by her daughter, Wilma Jim VanderHorst; son, William E.Anna Niner and daughter-in-law, Ann Niner; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters. In addition to her parents and husband, Lillian was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Niner and sisters, Vera Hayden, Leona Smith, Elinor Buuck, and Lavinia Ebersole. Family and friends may visit Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee where an Eastern Star service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
