Lillian E. Adams, 87, of Curtice, died early Monday morning, August 10, 2009, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. Lillian was born January 6, 1922, in Wolfe County, Kentucky, the daughter of James B. and Eva Buchanan Childers. On June 2, 1939, in West Liberty, Kentucky, she married Asa H. Adams, who preceded her in death June 3, 2004. Lillian was a homemaker and loved to crochet and piece together quilts. She loved her garden and the flowers, but Lillian loved her family the most. For over 30 years she was a member of the O.E.S. Woodbine Chapter of Pemberville. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Denver Diebert of Genoa, son, Conrad Adams and daughter, Myra Robert Malek both of Curtice; eight grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her half brothers, William J.C Childers of Washington and Ray Childers of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers, Albert and Hobert, and granddaughter, Sherry Lynn Adams. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2009, in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Genoa, with the O.E.S. service at 7 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2009, in the funeral home followed by interment in Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa. Memorials for Lillian may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, or the donors choice.
