Leslie R. Koehl

Leslie R. Koehl (Duckworth), age 59, died December 28, 2020 at home. She was born May 9, 1961 to the late Charles Duckworth and survivor Velva Duckworth. Leslie was employed at Chicago Title. She enjoyed crafting (mainly sewing), reading, and spending time with her loved ones. She will be remembered as being a loving, helpful, and wonderful person. She will also be remembered as being a very caring soul. If she could do anything to make your day better, she would. Leslie was preceded in death by her father, Charles Duckworth. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Koehl; her brother, Anthony Duckworth; and her mother, Velva Duckworth. Leslie’s family will receive friends during a Memorial Gathering on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 5-9PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W. Sylvania Ave., Toledo, OH 43623).
