Leslie Tamburro, 69, of Sheffield, Lake, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her three loving daughters. She was born January 22, 1952 in Toledo, Ohio to James and Verna (Thomure) Tammerine. Leslie owned and operated Venny’s Hayloft and then later Casa Barron in Perrysburg for 40 years. She was the President of the Bus Driver’s Union in New Mexico; she was a big advocate for the Perrysburg Farmer’s Market and the City Docks and was one of the first businesses to have outside seating. Leslie enjoyed riding a motorcycle, remodeling, decorating, traveling, art, reading and music. She loved spending time with her family and friends and eating her favorite foods, Chuckles, Italian and Casa Barron beans. She will be remembered for her infectious laugh, giving great advice, and always taking care of people whether they were family or not. She is survived by her husband, Richard Tamburro; father of her children, Daniel Barron; daughters, Sunday (Eric) Wiseman, Wendy (Scott) Carson, Gustina (Jason) Pennese; stepdaughters, Janine and Alaina Tamburro; grandchildren, Chelsea, Zachery, Sayge, Ethan, Lucas, Mia and Sylvia and great-grandchild, Winter; siblings, Hope, Lorna Jean, Lori, Lisa, Toni; halfsiblings, Patrick and Theresa and her beloved dog, Spice. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Ginger Steele, Tami and James. Friends and family will be received Sunday, December 5, 2021 from 2-6 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133).
