Leonora Ruth Schiffer

Leonora Ruth Schiffer, age 75, of Toledo, Ohio died Monday, April 3, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Jackson, Michigan on March 11, 1942 to Leonard R. and Agnes (Buzzel) Wolf. She was married in Toledo, Ohio on May 21, 1968 to Berni Ross Schiffer who preceded her in death on July 2, 2008. Leonora was employed as an automotive stamping by Toledo Technology for 40 years and was a proud member of the UAW Local #12. She is survived by her children, Ronald (Ann) Halverson, Richard (Katherine) Halverson and Laura A. Schiffer; grandchildren, Richard “Ricky” Halverson and Samantha J. Schiffer as well as her sister, Helen (Richard) Garcia. Friends will be received on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 3-7 P.M. at Neville Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway in Holland, Ohio (419-865-8879) where funeral services will take place on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
