Leon E. Mccoy

Leon Evertt McCoy, 51, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at his residence. He was born on August 3, 1971 in Fremont, Ohio, the son of Archie McCoy and Cynthia Mackling. He married Tricia Couture and she survives.

Leon enjoyed fishing, golfing, working on cars, but most of all, spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Tricia; sons, Dylan, Tyler, and Jacob; mother, Cynthia (Bob) Pollard; grandchildren, Amiyah and Kaiden; siblings, David, Richard, and Teresa; father-in-law, John Couture; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, and his son, Leon Evertt McCoy, Jr.

Visitation will be held at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton, Ohio on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 10 am until 1 pm, followed by graveside services at 1:30 pm at LaCarpe Cemetery, Lacarne, Ohio.
