Lawrence Charles Carter

Lawrence Charles Larry Carter, age 76, of Sylvania, died August 31, 2019 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo Inpatient Facility. He was born March 11, 1943 in Toledo to the late Dalton and Eleanor (Bzoza) Carter and attended Woodward High School. Following high school, Larry served in the United States Army Reserves and went on to retire from Als Polishing Shop. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends. Surviving are his daughter, Mary Ann Smith; granddaughter, Renee (Nathan); and grandson, Richard (Jessica). Per Larrys request, services will be private. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caregivers at Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Kingston of Sylvania as well as Dr. Rebecca Siders for their compassion and support.
