Larry Thomas Jones, 55, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away Thursday, April 04, 2013 at University Hospital of Cleveland, OH, Larry was born in Toledo, OH on September 12, 1957, the son of Walter T. and Norine M. Snyder. Larry worked at a fishing company in Marblehead, OH. He loved to play pranks and joke around. He loved to watch the Ohio State and Michigan game every year, he never missed it. He loved fishing and his family. Larry had the biggest heart in the world; hed help anyone who needed it. He is going to be missed dearly. Larry was taken from us way too soon. Survivors include: Brother: Gordon Snyder of Cleveland, TN; Sisters: Carla Harris of Port Clinton, OH and Tammy Palacio of Toledo, OH; 15 loving Nieces and Nephews and 26 Great-Nieces & Great-Nephews. Larry was preceded in death by his mother: Norine M. Snyder, father: Walter T. Jones, sister: Valerie Jones and 2 great-nephews: Alexander Luis Abrego and Jordan Palacio. There will be no visitation or services as cremation has taken place. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH has assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial donations in memory of Larry be given to Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home to help pay for funeral expenses.
