KRISTINE L. GROOMS Kristine Grooms, age 37, of Toledo has found her sweet release from her fight with Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma on March 10, 2015. Kris was a 1995 graduate of Anthony Wayne High School. She graduated from the University of Toledo in 2001 with a BSN and was continuing her studies to become a Nurse Practitioner. She worked for ProMedica, most recently at its Wound Care Clinic. The greatest pleasures in her life was being a wife to Neal, a mother to Kela, a sister to Karyn and serving her Lord however He requested. Her gift for caring for others endeared her to her patients, co-workers and many friends whom she loved and cherished. She is survived by her husband, Neal and a daughter, Kela. She is also survived by her parents, Kendall and Doris Lewis; her sister, Karyn (Simon) Anderson and three nieces, Kathryn, Elizabeth and Emma. She was preceded in death by her six grandparents. Friends are invited to visit from 4-8 pm on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Neville Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland (419-865-8879), where funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, March 13, 2015.
