Kou Cheu Dong

Kou Cheu Allen Dong, age 79, of Toledo passed away Saturday October 29, 2011 in Lake Park Care Center, Sylvania. He was born May 15, 1932 in Canton, China. Allen was the former owner and operator of the Golden Dragon Restaurant until his retirement in 2001. He was also a member of the Yee Hong Association. Surviving is his wife Kam Yee; children, Roger Cindy, Mui-Ling, David, Elaine, Michael and Frederick Dong and Mavis Thomas Kiley; grandchildren, Eric Dong and Sydney Kiley; and his companion dog, Koby. Friends may call at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Tuesday from 4-8 PM where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the Toledo Metroparks or the Yee Hong Association.
