Korinne M Pasqualone

Korinne M. Pasqualone, age 78, of Walbridge, Ohio died Friday, August 26, 2011 at Perrysburg Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Walbridge on April 27, 1933 to Theodore and Rosemond (Gilbert) Keefer and on November 30, 1949 she married Valentino Alfonso Pasqualone who preceded her in death on April 7, 2004. She was employed by Owens Corning as a Supervisor in Data Entry before retiring in 1989. Korinne was an active member of St. Jerome Catholic Church. In her spare time she enjoyed bowling, ceramics and she loved shopping, but most importantly she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Korinne will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children, Gregory (Debra) Pasqualone, Valerie Basham, Keith (Vickie) Pasqualone, Philip Pasqualone, Karla (Dwain) McKenzie, Eric (Tina) Pasqualone, Cynthia (Michael) Lowell and Theodore Pasqualone; 25 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis (Glenn) Szekely and Janell (Arthur) Christian Jr.; brother, Gilbert “Butch” (Gail) Keefer as well as her sister-in-law, Carmelia Smith. Korinne was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Rosemond; husband, Valentino Alfonso Pasqualone; grandson, Ronald DeFalco as well as her sister-in-law, Susan Wyatt. Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-4:30 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. in Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main Street in Walbridge (419-666-3121) where the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 9:45 A.M. and proceed to St. Jerome Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Korinne’s name to either St. Jerome Catholic Church or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
