Kevin Matthew Waxler I, age 54, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018. The son of Charles and Sally, he was born September 16, 1963 in Oregon. He was a graduate of Libbey High School. Kevin was a jack of all trades. He was a welder, mechanic, truck driver and a street sweeper operator. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and camping. As an avid sports fan, he most enjoyed football and hockey. Kevin will be remembered for being a wonderful family man and a dedicated husband, who loved his wife dearly. He is survived by his loving wife, Tonya; children, Jennifer, Kevin II, Joshua Waxler; grandchildren, Konnor, Joshua, Tatum, Ariah, Savanna, Leah, Kyleigh, Emalee, Jeramiah, Dylan, Justin, McKenzie and AJ; siblings, Tina (Pat) Ashman, Theresa (Richard) Lautzenheiser, Joseph II (Christina) Brown, Joseph Brown, Jr., Jeff (Dawn) Brown, Jay (Kate) Brown, Helen Calhoon, Keith (Lydia) Waxler, Burdette Waxler; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ralph and Charles Waxler; sister, Shelby Friends may visit the family on Monday from 3-9 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd) where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
