Kevin Shaw Murphy

Kevin Shaw Murphy, 50, died unexpectedly August 9, 2023 in Toledo. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 19, 1973 to John and Barbara (Solomon) Murphy.

Kevin was a hard worker and enjoyed working in construction, remodeling, and lawn care. He was always helping others, especially his nieces. He coached their softball and soccer teams and spent time with them. He was an avid Notre Dame Football fan and enjoyed playing cards especially cribbage and euchre.

Kevin is survived by his sister, Renee Murphy; brother, Michael (Rebekah) Murphy; sister-in-law, Triscia Murphy, nieces, Lindsay Tomaselli, Ashley Savarino, Cortney Vallade, Jamie Surdell, Mackenzie Rucker, Kennedy Brouillard, Rory Murphy, Blaine Murphy, Charlotte Murphy, Molly Murphy, and Abby Murphy; many great nephews and great niece; good friends, Bob and Katie Oberdorf. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Deborah Murphy and brother, John Murphy Jr.

Friends will be received at Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, Rossford, Ohio on Saturday, August 19, 2023 from 12:00 PM-3:00 PM with a private memorial at 3:00 PM.
