Kevin Joseph Day “Dotts” was born in Dublin, Ireland, on April 1, 1949. He passed away peacefully on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Put-in-Bay, Ohio. Raised in Lakewood, Dotts was a part-time resident of Put-in-Bay, Ohio, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Ralph and Agnes Day. He is survived by cousins: Diana and Fletcher Hock, Karen (Kari) and John MacDonald, Kieran “Michael” and Maureen Day, Michelle and Ed Massaglia, and PattiAnn and Geoffrey Bernard. He also leaves most caring friends Stephanie Ormsby of Fort Lauderdale and Mary Jo LoPresti of Put-in-Bay. Dotts leaves indelible memories with all who knew him. His quick Irish wit and genuine interest in people won him countless friends wherever his many travels took him.
