KERRY MICHAEL KELLER Kerry M. Keller, 17, of Perrysburg, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012, peacefully and well-loved after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 3, 1994 to Kevin R. Keller and Jacquelyn S. (Herman) Keller Huffman. He was currently a junior at Rossford High School. Kerry was a member of Lutheran Church of the Master. He loved playing sports; football, basketball and tennis. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his family and bonfires with his friends. Kerry and his siblings have coined the phrase “Super 6 plus 2” to define their close connection with each other; they were each other’s biggest fans. Kerry will be remembered for his gentleness, courage and infectious personality. He never met the strangers he affected and was a fighter until the end. Kerry is survived by his mother, Jackie S. (Rex) Huffman, father, Kevin R. Keller, siblings; Kevin II, Kurt, Katie, Kyle and Kirsten; step-sister, Anna Huffman and step-brother, Ben (Becca) Huffman; nieces, Lesleigh Pawlowski, Quinn Huffman and nephew, Kolton Spangenburg; grandmother, AnnaMae Keller, step-grandmother, JoAnne Huffman, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and special friends, Brooke, Dakota, Mark and Raj. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bud and Dorothy Herman and grandfather, Charles R. Keller. Friends will be received Monday, April 30, 2012 from 2-9 P.M. and Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 2-9 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) Visitation will continue Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 9:30-10:30 A.M. at Zoar Lutheran Church, 314 E. Indiana Ave, Perrysburg, until the time of service at 10:30 A.M. with Pastor Chuck Campbell officiating. Burial will be private. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 2 P.M. at the Rossford High School Field House. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kerry Keller Scholarship Fund, c/o of Rossford Board of Education. The family would like to thank the community of Rossford and hospice nurses, Ellen and Jenny for their continued care and support.
