Kenneth R. Stieben

Kenneth Richard Stieben, 71, passed away November 14, 2007 in the Avalon by Otterbein, Perrysburg, OH. He was born August 25, 1936 to Emanuel and Ruth Stieben. Ken graduated from Waite High School and upon graduation entered the Army. He owned and operated the Cosmopolitan Salon in the Paramount Building and then in the Spitzer Building for over 15 years. Ken attended Davis Business College and also worked for the C O Railroad where he retired around 1994. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Emanuel and Ruth; daughter, Stacy Stieben; sister Donna Manteuffel and brother, Leonard Stieben. He is survived by his daughter, Lori Tim Toland; son, Zachary Stieben; sister, Laura Paul Walters; grandchildren, Abigail, Erin and Samuel; many nieces, nephews and one aunt. Service will be private. The family extends special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Otterbein at Pemberville and Avalon by Otterbein, Perrysburg for their care and especially, Cathy Greulich. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer
