Kenneth L. Priddy

Kenneth L. Priddy, 84 of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center, Port Clinton, OH. Kenneth was born on April 01, 1931, in Buffalo, WV, the son of Pearl and Gae (Taylor) Priddy. On May 04, 1968 in Port Clinton, he married Geneva Luster and she preceded him in death on January 18, 2006. Kenneth worked as a laborer for Celotex for 41 years until his retirement on March 01, 1996. He was a member of the Wayside Temple in Castalia, OH, for 35 years, where he was the head usher and board member for several years. Kenneth enjoyed collecting coins, loved sports, hunting and fishing in his earlier years. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Left to cherish his memory is: Sons: Kenneth L. (Kathy) Priddy Jr., William E. (Carlene) Priddy, Leonard W. (Angela) Priddy and Robert (Jill) Priddy; Daughter: Debra E. Mowell; Sisters Brothers:, Curtis (Carolyn) Priddy, Russell (Mary) Priddy, Ray (Beth) Priddy, Linda (Gene) Bush, Sharon Clark and Willidean (Michael) Higginbotham; 10 Grandchildren; many Great-Grandchildren and several loving Nieces and Nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers: Harry Priddy and Alvin Priddy and sisters: Wanda Grant, Nettie Mattox and Irene Hayth. Visitation will be 4-8PM, Monday, January 25, 2016 in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, Port Clinton, OH. Funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Rusty Yost at 11:00AM, Tuesday, January 26, 2016 in the funeral home. Interment will be in Catawba Island Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH. Memorial donations in memory of Kenneth may be given to Wayside Temple, 3809 Maple Avenue, Castalia, OH 44824.
