Kenneth W. Hall

Kenneth W. Hall, age 71, passed away Friday July 5, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. The son of Wilby and Marlene Hall, he was born Jan. 23, 1942 in Toledo. He was a graduate of Springfield High School. After earning his CHFC and ACLU certifications, he operated Kenneth W. Hall & Associates for over 40 years. He married Janet Bergquist on July 20, 1963 and raised four wonderful children together. Ken enjoyed sailing, Tennis, horseback riding and was a member of the River Raisin Riding Club. He was a benefactor to Little Miracles Montessori School and Horse Riding Academy. He enjoyed sharing his love of horses with everyone he came in contact with. He is survived by his children, Scott Susan Hall, Donna Kent Riesen, Brian Cory Hall, Jeffrey Heather Hall; grandchildren, Robert, Nick and Matt Hall; Tristin, Katlyn and Tedmund Schroyer; Brandyn, Kaylee and McKenna Hall; Andrew and Sara Hall; sister, Linda Dave Cochran and brother, Jimmy JT Hall. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Jan. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday from 2-9 PM and Wednesday from 10:00 Am-11:00 AM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd where services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM.
